Ingredients:

  • Ramie root 10g
  • Glutinous rice 50g
  • Red dates, 3 pieces
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. 1.Wash ramie root, decoct for 30 min, extract liquid
  2. 2.Cook glutinous rice and dates in the herbal liquid as porridge
  3. 3.Cook until thickened
  4. 4.Take before meals, once daily
