- •Water 600ml
- •Rock sugar to taste
Instructions:
- 1.Wash the chamber bitter
- 2.Bring to boil over high heat
- 3.Simmer for 25 minutes
- 4.Strain and add rock sugar
- 5.Drink as daily tea, 2-3 times per week
