Usage & Prescriptions

Dosage: 15-30g, decoct. External: crush fresh leaves and apply.

Wild peony & knotweed 30g each, decoct

Rheumatic arthritis

Wild peony root 30g, clematis 15g, spatholobus 20g, decoct

Migraine

Fresh wild peony root 60g, lean pork 120g, stew and eat

Senduduk Berry Juice

Traditional Malaysian wild fruit drink — ripe berries are dark purple and edible

Servings: Serves 2-3

Ingredients:

  • Ripe wild peony berries 300g
  • Water 500ml
  • Rock sugar 50g
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. 1.Pick ripe dark purple berries
  2. 2.Wash and remove stems
  3. 3.Blend with water and rock sugar
  4. 4.Strain to get juice
  5. 5.Add ice cubes and serve
  6. 6.Sweet and sour, rich in anthocyanins
