Ingredients:
- •Ripe wild peony berries 300g
- •Water 500ml
- •Rock sugar 50g
- •Ice cubes
Instructions:
- 1.Pick ripe dark purple berries
- 2.Wash and remove stems
- 3.Blend with water and rock sugar
- 4.Strain to get juice
- 5.Add ice cubes and serve
- 6.Sweet and sour, rich in anthocyanins
