Fried nutgrass 9g, motherwort 20g, decoct, add brown sugar

Dysmenorrhea, irregular periods

Nutgrass & motherwort 12g each, salvia 15g, white peony 10g, decoct

Cold stomach pain

Nutgrass & pinellia 10g each, dried ginger & costus 3g each, decoct

Nutgrass Brown Sugar Ginger Tea

Menstrual regulation tea, warms womb and relieves pain

Servings: Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • Nutgrass 10g
  • Motherwort 15g
  • Brown sugar 30g
  • Fresh ginger, 3 slices
  • Water 400ml

Instructions:

  1. 1.Wash nutgrass and motherwort
  2. 2.Boil with water and ginger slices
  3. 3.Simmer for 20 minutes
  4. 4.Strain, stir in brown sugar
  5. 5.Start 3 days before period, take once daily
