Ingredients:
- •Nutgrass 10g
- •Motherwort 15g
- •Brown sugar 30g
- •Fresh ginger, 3 slices
- •Water 400ml
Instructions:
- 1.Wash nutgrass and motherwort
- 2.Boil with water and ginger slices
- 3.Simmer for 20 minutes
- 4.Strain, stir in brown sugar
- 5.Start 3 days before period, take once daily
