Usage & Prescriptions

Fresh goosegrass 60g, decoct as tea for 3 days, repeat after 10 days

Damp-heat jaundice

Fresh goosegrass 60g, imperata root 30g, wormwood 20g, decoct in 2 doses

Goosegrass Cooling Tea

Cooling tea for Malaysia's hot weather

Servings: Serves 3-4

Ingredients:

  • Fresh goosegrass 60g
  • Water 800ml
  • Rock sugar to taste

Instructions:

  1. 1.Pull up goosegrass with roots, wash thoroughly
  2. 2.Bring to boil over high heat
  3. 3.Simmer for 20 minutes
  4. 4.Strain and add rock sugar
  5. 5.Cool and drink as tea
