Black nightshade seeds 9g, decoct, gargle and spit out
Dysentery, leukorrhea
Fresh nightshade root 20-30g, decoct to half bowl, take before meals twice daily

Nightshade Leaf Soup (Sayur Terung Pipit)
Common Malaysian/Indonesian wild herb soup — must use mature leaves
Servings: Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
- •Mature nightshade leaves 200g
- •Dried anchovies 30g
- •Garlic 3 cloves
- •Chili peppers 2
- •Water 500ml
- •Salt to taste
Instructions:
- 1.Use mature plant leaves only (unripe fruit is toxic!)
- 2.Wash the nightshade leaves
- 3.Sauté garlic and chili
- 4.Add dried anchovies and water, bring to boil
- 5.Add nightshade leaves, cook 3-5 minutes
- 6.Season with salt, serve with rice
Caution
Eating unripe fruit may cause headache, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, dilated pupils, irregular heartbeat, confusion, or even coma.
