Jiaogulan powder in capsules, 2.5-3g each time, 3 times daily

Jaundice hepatitis

Jiaogulan & isatis root 30g each, gardenia & wormwood 15g each, decoct

Hyperlipidemia

Jiaogulan 9-10g, cassia seed & hawthorn 15g each, decoct

Daily health tea for lowering blood pressure, lipids and sugar — known as 'Southern Ginseng'

Servings: Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • Jiaogulan 5g
  • Cassia seed 10g
  • Hawthorn 5g
  • Chrysanthemum 3g

Instructions:

  1. 1.Wash all ingredients and place in teapot
  2. 2.Add boiling water, steep for 10 minutes
  3. 3.Can be re-steeped 3-4 times
  4. 4.Drink daily for long-term benefits
