Servings: Serves 4
Ingredients:
- •Chinese knotweed 30g
- •Abrus herb 20g
- •Monk fruit, half
- •Water 1 liter
Instructions:
- 1.Wash all herbs
- 2.Bring to boil over high heat
- 3.Simmer for 45 minutes
- 4.Strain and cool before drinking
- 5.Can be refrigerated for 2 days
