Fresh knotweed 30-60g, decoct and drink. Also wash externally with decoction

Dysentery, indigestion

Knotweed, phoenix-tail fern & lindera leaf 20g each, decoct

Damp-heat jaundice

Knotweed & abrus 30g each, decoct

Chinese Knotweed Cooling Tea

Traditional Cantonese/Malaysian Chinese cooling tea

Servings: Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • Chinese knotweed 30g
  • Abrus herb 20g
  • Monk fruit, half
  • Water 1 liter

Instructions:

  1. 1.Wash all herbs
  2. 2.Bring to boil over high heat
  3. 3.Simmer for 45 minutes
  4. 4.Strain and cool before drinking
  5. 5.Can be refrigerated for 2 days
