Usage & Prescriptions
Dosage: 15-30g, decoct or soak in wine. External use as needed.

Drynaria 15g, stir-fry with salt water, decoct
Kidney-deficiency tinnitus
Drynaria 30g, wolfberry 15g, salvia 20g, decoct in 2 doses
Hair loss (alopecia)
Fresh drynaria, cut and rub on affected area; or soak in 75% alcohol for 14 days, apply 2-3 times daily

Servings: Serves 3
Ingredients:
- •Drynaria 20g
- •Pork ribs 400g
- •Wolfberry 15g
- •Red dates 5 pieces
- •Ginger 3 slices
- •Salt to taste
Instructions:
- 1.Blanch pork ribs and rinse
- 2.Wash drynaria (remove hair)
- 3.Place all ingredients in stewing pot
- 4.Bring to boil then simmer 1.5 hours
- 5.Season with salt
