Usage & Prescriptions

Allergic rhinitis

Fresh sneezeweed 10g, decoct, drop 2-3 drops in each nostril, drink the rest. Daily for 3-5 days

Cold headache, nasal congestion

Rub sneezeweed and sniff to induce sneezing, twice daily

Bruise swelling

Sneezeweed, crush, heat, apply to affected area
