Melastoma Berry Jam
Edible melastoma berries, sweet and sour, made into nutritious jam
Servings: About 500ml
Ingredients:
- •Ripe melastoma berries 500g
- •Rock sugar 150g
- •Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Instructions:
- 1.Pick ripe dark purple berries, wash
- 2.Cook in pot with a little water until soft
- 3.Add rock sugar, stir while cooking
- 4.Cook until thick, add lemon juice
- 5.Pour into sterilized glass jars
- 6.Refrigerate. Spread on bread or mix with yogurt
