Dosage: 9-30g; fresh 30-60g, decoct or crush for juice. External: crush fresh and apply.

Chronic bronchitis

Plantain 30g, stemona 15g, decoct

Kidney stones

Fresh plantain, desmodium & stone-dissolving tree 30g each, decoct

Plantain Detox Tea

Simple detox tea to promote urination and clear heat

Servings: Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • Fresh plantain 30g
  • Water 600ml
  • Honey to taste

Instructions:

  1. 1.Wash whole plantain plant thoroughly
  2. 2.Boil water, add plantain
  3. 3.Simmer for 20 minutes
  4. 4.Strain, add honey when warm
  5. 5.Drink 2-3 times daily

Caution

Contraindicated for kidney-deficiency spermatorrhea.
